I worked with Phil for many years. Although there are so many stories I could tell, but I am at a loss of words right now. He was like a second father to me. My thoughts are with the family.

Phil was a righteous guy and a good friend even if he did get me in trouble in high school. He skipped school and went to Tech. When asked his name he gave them my name. He was a loyal and faithful contributor to the Salem Food Pantry and was the largest individual contributor most months. He will be missed by many.
