Obituary for Richard David McDaniel Jr.
Richard (Ricky) David McDaniel, Jr., 58, of Salem, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard McDaniel, Sr.; and mother, Bonnie Poff.
Surviving him is his girlfriend, Deeann Laster; children, Richard Norris McDaniel and wife, Emily, Aaron McCarter, and Dakota McDaniel; siblings, Tracy McDaniel Price and husband, Troy, Robin Poff Nester and husband, Michael, Eddy Poff; and Kenny Quesenberry; 4 grandchildren; and special nephew, Dean Walker
A period of visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem. The funeral service will then begin at 3 p.m. with Pastor Roger Counts officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park.
